Forensic Box

The Ranatec high performance Forensic RF Shield Box is designed for protection and analysis of devices that incudes radio transceivers and transmitters. The box is typically used by law enforcement and forensic investigators. The box blocks all wireless signals like WiFi, Bluetooth, 2G, 3G, LTE and 5G.

The Ranatec forensic box is equipped with RF shielded gloves and shielded window. For analysis and charging, the box can include AC, USB, LAN, and HDMI interfaces. In addition it can be equipped with ventilation and fan. This makes it possible to analyse devices that generates significant heat.


The RI 198 is an RF Forensic box, designed for law enforcement, IT forensics and crime investigators. Using the RI 198 you can analyse signal jammers or protect wireless devices that have been collected at a crime scene. The box is portable and easy to use. The lid stays open at any angle and stays closed without any additional locking device.


The RI 198 is designed for high shielding over all cellular mobile frequency bands making it suitable for applications such as:
